I have had the HPF Exhaust in my car since I bought it in 2011. I can't say enough how much I love the HPF Exhaust. I didn't want to get rid of it. But I have been planning to attend Lime Rock Park for an HPDE Event this year and due to their noise restriction I needed a quieter exhaust. It was also time for a change. I didn't want something heavy like the stock exhaust...so I figured why not give the VRSF Exhaust a try.
The VRSF is quiet and tame compare to the HPF. The VRSF Exhaust sounds amazingly good. It doesn't have that ANGRY and RAW sound the HPF has. But the tone is deep and subtle...you have to hear it in person to really appreciate it.(I think this is the case with most exhausts). The VRSF doesn't drone. I can also startup the car now in the middle of the night without waking up the neighborhood.
I'm glad I bought this exhaust.
