spring squeak noise on bump?

Hello guys i need some help. So when i go over 70mph it makes this wing wing noise (not a balance or tire issue) from the driver side. It also makes this spring squeak noise on rough bump (highway speed like between 60-70mph). It seems like all the bolts are tight. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
