Bmw pe exhaust

I know I know, PEs have been discussed to no end, BUT I just ordered one for my e90 n55, will be here Mon, and I noticed the ups shipping weight was only 38lbs? Can that be right? I thought bmw pe for sedans came with the mid pipe and mufflers so really only 38lbs??
