Some of you guys suggest not running map 2 until you have things like down pipes. I can see on N54 these details:
From BMS:
Map 2: 14.5psi. Suggested for those with exhaust and 93 RM2 or higher octane.
Map 5: Autotuning map. Boost ranges between 12-17psi based on your cars octane, conditions, and modifications.
On Map 5 I have hit over 14.5psi a few times on a stock car. Is there more to map 2 than just the actual max boost that makes it more aggressive?
With map 5 I'm guessing many other parameters get monitored and tweaked up or down depending on feedback where map 2 probably stays fixed.
eg. From trims, fuel open loop etc.
