Track noob need some advise

So I've never been to the track with any cars. Planning to take my m4 there soon :/



Though I've been reading this section of the forum and you guys all have "these" setups tyres/rims







Can I just go stock? With the normal 19" and pss?

Or is that bad





Any advice would be great! Cheers
