Rear Ash Try Fix?

hello guys, new to this forum - but I always use to come here for some good info and DIYS,



I wanted to know how to fix the rear ash tray the magnetic clicker doesn't make it stay closed anymore how to change or even have a fix for this?



any info would be appreciated
