Feeling the Vibe!

So I was able to get out to play a little bit today and noticed a couple of vibrations, I thought I would ask about.
The first one feels like a slightly out of balance tire, or a tire with a plug in it. Nothing major, but will likely have the wheels rebalanced at the next opportunity. Might be a normal feel from run flats.

The more interesting one, and the gist of my question relates to drivetrain. I can feel a bit of a vibration in the shift knob. Fades under load, but is still there, remains true to RPM. So, I am guessing my drive shaft might be out of balance? I doubt most people would notice, but I was out playing so I was looking for things. In gear, on maintenance throttle, not overly pronounced, clears up a little bit when using the engine torque (accel/decel) .
There is a bunch of slop in the shift pattern, well bunch is relative. It is not smooth nor immediate. I suspect the mounts are worn.

Minor things. Just observations mostly.

Curious if long term enthusiasts had an opinion about the drive shaft vibe?
