Bmw courtesy car question

Okay so my 335i is going into BMW tomorow to get the misfires diagnosed, ive got the extended warranty so figured i would get a courtesy car.



Turns out because im under 21 years old they cant give me one. Just wondering if anybody has came across this and managed to overcome it
