ECU Replaced at dealer cannot code now

So I recently had my ECU replaced at the dealer and of course

lost all the coding I had done.



Today I was trying to code some things back but I keep getting errors in INPA.

If I try to read the status of the airbag for example like in the DIY instructions for NCS I get "no response from control unit" error 100 I believe.



I've checked and double checked all my comm port settings.

I do get the solid lights on battery and ignition in INPA but nothing else.



If I try to just skip INPA and use NCS I get "VIN is faulty" errors after selecting chassis and CAS module.



Is there somethign I possibly need to update since the new ECU must be different than my old one?
