Idler Pulley Torque N51/N52 - Bentley Update

So I was replacing my idler pulley on a 2011 328i and my Bentley manual said the torque was 59 lbft. When I was doing a quick search on how to replace the part I found that Bentley released an update for their 2006-2010 manual and now the torque is 30 lbft. Here is the link:

I'm assuming that this should also apply to the 2006-2011 manual that I have. As a test I tried to torque the original pulley to 59 lbft before removing it and my toque wrench would not click. I then went down to 40 lbft and it clicked but not at 45 lbft. Unless my bolt was coming loose, I would say 59 lbft is the wrong value.

On a side note, my dealer tried to charge me $103 for a part that lists for about $56. it's also sad that the pulley only lasted 36K miles.
