So now that new EU emissions standards are in effect, and are even higher than US standards, I wonder if we will see more diesel models and options in the US.
After all, EU manufacturers wont have to put extra engineering into a vehicle to make it pass US restrictions, their cars will already be made to pass a higher restriction. :)
I guess the US has been a beta test for German diesel cars, well except for certain VW models...
