Carly coded FRM, now DRL and Welcome lights are gone

Hey guys, I tried out Carly and coded some modules. Previously before Carly I had done the corner delete mod and set my angel eyes as the DRL. For my welcome lights I had the angle eyes, brake lights and door handles. Since coding the FRM I lost my DRL and only the handles light up for the welcome lights. Can anyone help me out here, I'm lost as to what I need to do to get them back.
