My Third Track Day. . .

I did my third track to on Saturday and I was moved from the Student Group with an instructor to the Beginner's Group without an instructor. As noted on previous track day videos I posted, I had been having an issue with oil temperature (300 plus degrees), so this past week I had an Evoluation Racewerks oil cooler installed, which helped, though the oil temperature still got high 280 plus degrees. I am using the BMW OEM oil cooler thermostat, which I believe opens at 235 degrees. I think for future track days I will bypass the thermostat to see if that helps with keeping the oil cooler. As for pictures of the oil cooler installation, as soon as the shop sends me the pictures of the installation, I will post them on the forum.
