USB port in glove compartment 'not connected'.

Anyone know where I can find the connection for this? I was able to update my navigation maps last year, but I am attempting to update them again and it won't work. I went into the menu and it shows that it's not connected.

Anyway, I'm not sure how it got disconnected and before I tear my dash apart, I'm wondering if anyone has messed with this before.
