JB+ & MHD Stage 1 in tandem?

I currently have a stock e90 w/ JB+. It's been on the max setting for over a year, no issues.

I'm going to be adding drop in filter, and as soon as my OTG get in will be doing the MHD stage 1 93 octane flash.

My question is, should I remove the JB+ or is it safe to keep it?
