LPFP or HPFP Failing?

HPFP dives at 5700 RPM, while the LPFP is hanging around 45-50psi.

Is this a case of the LPFP not giving the HPFP enough fuel? Or is something internally wrong with the HPFP?

I have multiple logs and this occurs on all instances.
