BMW Assist and Sirius Satellite

It's time again for me to renew both of these items. Cost 199.00 for assist and 195.00 for sirius. I've never used the BMW assist and am thinking of not renewing; but I enjoy Sirius.



My question: can I still get Sirius Satellite if I don't renew BMW Assist?
