Rough cold start, misfire, black smoke help

hey guys I have ran into a problem and looking for some help from all you experts out there

this morning i started the car, it was a very rough start and the car was shaking a lot. it also had dark grey almost black smoke coming out from the exhaust and a very strong gasoline smell. the exhaust pipes also had a grey sluggish liquid coming out and dripping. with the rough idles, i noticed the rpms going up and down and also i can hear a loud fan (prob the radiator fan going max speed). the ses light blinks and also half engine light came on too.

i turned off the car and did some research and many pointed the problem to leaky fuel injector. ppl said to just drive it for a bit and burn off the excess fuel in the chamber and it will be normal for a while.

while driving around there is still a lot of smoke and a strong gasoline smell with a very loud engine (sounds like a tractor) and weak engine powers with ses light on). while driving did some code reading from my JB4 and got

29D1 misfiring, cylinder 5 multiple times

but during one of those reads i got:

29D1 misfiring, cylinder 5

29D2 misfiring, cylinder 6

29D0 misfiring, cylinder 4

29CC misfiring, several cylinder

after driving for 10 mins, things got smooth, i restarted the car and got full powers back. no more ses light and no more codes

car background

2007 335i E92 N54 currently 105k KM, (modded at 98k KM) JB4 map 1, DCI, Downpipe

in 2011 55k KM, had HPFP replaced under recall, scanned 6 injectors and replaced 3(1,3,5) under recall, spark plug replaced

in 2012 65k KM replaced thermostat

i know the spark plugs are due, and i have a set on the way. but to me it seems like whats causing the problem is a leaking fuel injector. is that right? and i read that you cant have mix old and new updated version of the injectors? and you have to replace 3 or all 6 at a time?

any help is greatly appreciated

thanks
