just bought an E93 M Sport convertible (last week) and now the CAT is shot! I have found a breaker selling one but not sure if its the correct part; not to mechanically minded myself! I have an Auto E93 M sport Convertible on a 58 plate; I cant get to check the part number on my car but have been informed its the front (so from the downpipe) drivers side one. The part number the breakers have given me is 7553622. Their car is a manual and mine is auto; not sure if this would be different?
Or my other option is to de-cat but worried about the post cat sensor problems this may cause and how easy they would be to map out?
