Will US Spec xenon ballasts/bulbs fit Euro spec xenons?

Hey guys!



I'm really wanting to swap out my pre-LCI xenons with pre-LCI Euro xenons. I may look at just getting AHL housings if I can just swap over my ballasts and bulbs. Is that possible or do I need all Euro components?
