I have a e90 pre lci 330d it's done 98k now, I have started to notice it's a little bit unstable when driving. It tends to move around alot with different road surfaces. Now I think it's my from lollipop arms as there known. Question is I know a lot of people get m3 items which I still have the link for, but I would like to keep original geometry. Only because I can't be bothered to argue with some alignment company about setting it to m3 spec on the front.
Could I not just but a pollybush set? Has anyone done this and if so how did they last? Our land rover has them and they last fine and that only does off roaring really. Any thoughts? If everyone says m3 arms are brilliant then I might consider them. I know rear pollybushs are about £600 so won't be doing them any time soon
